Agreementa is one of our flagship venture, which is a human expertise based & AI enabled Drafting, Vetting & Review of Agreements service. Please go through our services page for the scope of our services we offer to our clients. We are looking for vibrant and result oriented Company Secretary Professionals to join our growth team.

CURRENT OPENING — 1. Sr. Associate – ACS/FCS with 7-10 years work experience. 2. Associate – ACS with 1-3 years work experience. 3. Jr. Associate – CS Executive Qualified with 1-3 years work experience. A Law degree will be added advantage for all positions. Training/Intern periods will not be considered as work experience. The engagement will be purely on Part-time & Work from Home basis, on WORK-ASSIGNMENT BASIS. The selected candidates will be designated as Sr. Associate/Associate/Jr. Associate and will not be in our rolls. Engagement will be for 1 year term, and renewable on mutual agreement.

The candidate shall be willing to take up assignments from us when awarded and has to complete the same within the time schedules as per the terms of assignment, in a IT enabled platform. Remuneration for each such assignment will be fixed on mutual terms before awarding such work. Remuneration shall be on assignment basis only, and no fixed/variable payment will be made monthly/periodically. The candidate shall maintain fullest confidentially on the terms and the assigned work.

Candidates who have keen interest in corporate advisory services mainly on complex agreements, business verticals set-up, transaction deals (M&A, Share-Purchase etc.), IP registrations, FEMA, FDI, DTAA compliances need only apply.
